JANUARY 2018

 I walked 376 miles and rode my exercise bike 3785 miles this last year.
I also lost 5 lbs and most of all how happy I am I lost 3/4 inch in my belly
and 1 inch in hips and 1/2 inch in ankles.The rest stayed the same. I have
been keeping records of my exercise since 1983 and my measurements
since 1997.
