Happy New Year to you all. Wish you good health and happy stitching for 2016 I have rode my exercise bike 3795 miles and walked 379 miles for the year of 2015. And the best news I did not gain any weight from last year.I also read many  library books. I try to read at least 100 pages a day. I have  enjoyed looking at all your blogs and seeing what you are sewing.

  1. Love Mr. January...:) I need to just do any kind of walking this year. You are inspiring me to go to the mailbox...giggle. It is pretty far down the driveway. My goal is to not gain anymore at the least and drop a few if I can. Happy New Year!
