Joanna had been cured by Jesus of her illness..Joanna stayed with Jesus through his capture, conviction and crucifixion. On Easter morning Joanna together with Mary Magdalene and Mary mother of James went to the tomb to anoint Jesus body with spices. They found the stone rolled away. and two angles told the women that Jesus had risen. They told the disciples.
