This has been a mild winter in Ohio.

Yesterday was the first my husband had to use the snow shovel.

JANUARY 2020

Since June I have had a sharp burning pain

in my hip and doctor said silika   nerve finally in November the

pain Doctor said it was  hip Bursitis and now

I am finally feeling  better  after  all this time ,.

Am happy I did not gain any weight this year.'

But  I only walked 180 miles and biked 2038 miles.

and my hips I gained l/2 inch all other places

stayed the same.

So for the new year it is back to sewing

and walking and biking.
