PRISCILLA BLOCK 29

Priscilla was thrown out of Rome because she was a Jew. She invited Paul into their home and offered him a job in their family business. Priscilla  and her husband traveled with Paul to Syria.They set up a church in their home and she taught all she knew about Jesus life, Through her efforts the early church took root. Priscilla worked tirelessly to teach others about Christ.

BEAUTIFUL DAY AT WAYNE COUNTY FAIR

The all American Hot dog. See the blue skies .Click on picture and it is not so dark. 

But now the new way to eat a hot dog is in a Pretzel.

The best sandwich that any one can have is an Italian Sausage., which we enjoyed.

The flowers were beautiful. The Zinnias were arranged great.

This school art picture was my favorite The wizard of OZ.

The 4 -H had some wonderful displays  and such talent.

This is all made of wrappers. Wonder who ate all of the goodies?

SAIL AWAY

 I signed up with Stitchin Tree Quilts to receive a  toilet  tanker top each month. In May I did the row
of tulips and this is June with the sail boats. Check picture and see up close the detail. Now I am way
behind since I have been canning all my produce so will hope to catch up soon.

ANNA Block 28

Anna for 50 years prayed daily to meet her  redeemer .Seeing baby Jesus in the temple she immediately recognized him as her Redeemer. She gave thanks to God and spoke of him to all  people.

SAMARITAN WOMAN Block 27

Jesus ask the Samaritan Woman for a drink at the well. The woman was surprised by his request, because typically,Samaritans and Jews did not interact.

SEPTEMBER

We  have made 2 trips the last 2 weeks up to my sons in Michigan .  They worked on his deck the first time up and went  fishing the last time up. We brought home 12 bags of perch and blue gills.

So I haven't got to do any sewing.  Now I have tomatoes , Lima beans and  laundry to do.
