WAYNE COUNTY FAIR

 

 My son went to Medina County, Cuyahoga County, Canfield Fair,  So he
decided to  take me to Wayne County Fair which he said was the best of all of
them. More exhibits and  variety to see.

 The produce selection  was great.

 The largest green squash grown in OHIO.

  Beautiful day to enjoy the fair.

Purple Disappearing 4 patch block

This is another way to take the 4 squares and cut them 1 inch from center seam all around and reset
the pieces so each color is beside a different color.Then  sew them back together. .

 This was fun to make into a pot holder. Just take 4-  5" squares and mark 2 inches from each corner and cut on slant and then take big pieces and change them. Sew back together. It's on You tube.

SEPTEMBER

 Now that all the garden produce is canned and frozen I can get back to my sewing room and sew up some things.  All that is is garden now is Sweet Potatoes and Tomatoes of course.
