This Forsythia was a stick last year and this year look it is going to grow and the flowers to me are the first sign of Spring.
These Daffodils are bulbs I got from the Garden Club years ago. They are fragrant and smell so nice. These Hyacinth bulbs I got from my mothers flower garden years ago.

Australian Star Table Runner
This is a table runner I made from using EZ angle ruler to make triangles. Mary Lou from Tree City Quilters
showed us how to take our scrap material and take strips and use the ruler to make triangles I choose size 3 strips for this one. She gave us Mock Log Cabin, Friendship Star, Blue Ridge Parkway designs and I chose the Australian Star for this. I had made the Friendship Star table runner shown on an older blog.I had never used the EZ angle ruler and it is great the 1/4 inch seam is included so triangles come out perfect.

Little gifts for my secret sister
The key chain tote, wallet for credit cards, kleenex holder and zipper bag are for my secret sister.
I enjoyed making them since she likes blue. But I put one side of the zipper on the wrong side of the material flap and had to rip rip .
